Quick answer

Pick your exam and document, choose the photo, drag it into the frame and click Resize. The tool outputs a JPG at the exact pixel size, 200 DPI and a file size inside the allowed KB range. For example, IBPS needs a 200 × 230 pixel photo of 20–50 KB, and SSC needs a signature of about 6.0 × 2.0 cm and 10–20 KB. Your photo is processed inside your browser and is never uploaded to our server.

Frequently asked questions

Is my photo uploaded anywhere?

No. Cropping, resizing and compression happen in your own browser. Your photo, signature and ID documents never leave your device.

Why does the form say my file is too small?

Very small images (such as a 140 × 60 pixel signature) can be smaller than the minimum KB even at the best quality. The tool then adds a blank comment block inside the JPG file to reach the minimum. The picture is not changed.

Can I photograph my signature with my phone?

Yes. Sign on plain white paper with a black pen, photograph it in good light, and tick "Clean up signature" to turn the paper pure white and the ink dark.

What if my exam is not in the list?

Choose "Custom size" and enter the width, height and KB range from your notification.

Does this work on iPhone photos?

JPG, PNG and WebP work. iPhone HEIC photos cannot be read by browsers; set Camera → Formats → Most Compatible, or share the photo as JPG.

Why is SSC only asking for a signature?

In its 2026 notices SSC captures your photograph live through the webcam or phone camera during the application, so only the scanned signature is uploaded.
