IBPS needs four JPG files: photograph 200 × 230 pixels, 20–50 KB; signature 140 × 60 pixels, 10–20 KB; left thumb impression 240 × 240 pixels, 20–50 KB; and handwritten declaration 800 × 400 pixels, 50–100 KB. How to use the IBPS Photo, Signature, Thumb & Declaration Resizer
- Choose Photograph, Signature, Left thumb or Declaration.

Worked example
Declaration text written on A4 and photographed by phone becomes an 800 × 400 pixel JPG of about 80 KB with a clean white background.
Frequently asked questions
What should the IBPS handwritten declaration say?
The usual text is: "I, (your name), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required." Copy the exact text from your notification.
Can I write the declaration in capital letters?
No. It must be in your normal handwriting, in English, in black ink. Typed or capital-letter declarations are rejected.
Can I use the same files for SBI?
Many bank forms use similar sizes, but check the SBI notification and use "Custom size" on the main resizer if the numbers differ.
Are my files uploaded to your website?
No. All processing happens in your browser.
